Overview

The DarkStar22 is a compact cinewhoop engineered to deliver powerful performance in a highly portable form factor. Equipped with the DJI O4 Pro HD transmission system, it offers smooth, low-latency video transmission together with reliable long-range capability and high-quality onboard recording.

At its core is the latest TAKER F405 20A 2–4S AIO flight controller featuring a built-in ELRS 2.4GHz receiver, reducing wiring complexity while maintaining compatibility with popular ExpressLRS radios. A newly developed five-point vibration isolation system helps keep the DJI O4 Pro camera steady, resulting in cleaner and more stabilized footage.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor flying, the DarkStar22 includes reinforced prop guards and a durable canopy for increased protection during crashes. The frame also incorporates a dedicated GPS mounting option, providing additional safety and positioning support for outdoor operations.

Power comes from SPEEDX2 1104 7500KV motors combined with efficient 2219 tri-blade propellers, producing responsive acceleration while maintaining good flight efficiency and respectable flight times. Its straightforward design allows easy maintenance, requiring only four screws for frame disassembly.
